The Leadership On-Ramp is an interactive 8-week video-based training program that transforms and aligns your next level of leaders whether they are brand-new leaders or long-time people leaders. We give them effective tools and strategies to implement within their teams to allow for smarter, faster innovation and problem-solving while uniting the entire team with a common language of leadership.

HOW DOES the leadership on-ramp WORK?

On-Ramp trainings are released in weekly modules with short, easy-to-follow videos, worksheets, visuals, and resource lists. All of the training is online inside a private, On-Ramp member-only site. Participants can view the training videos at their own pace.

The Leadership On-Ramp also includes interactive components like our weekly “Office Hours” where we answer questions and offer strategic advice on what is happening in your company or team right now to ensure that our participants take consistent action and receive the highest value from this investment in their future and the future culture of your company.

WHEN DOES the Leadership on-ramp START?

The Leadership On-Ramp is offered to the entire leadership team of an enrolled company or to individuals who wish to apply. For individuals, the Leadership On-Ramp is offered once a quarter. We accept applicants all year. Once you have been accepted, you will be notified of the upcoming start dates available.
